  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
For Serving
  • 2 cups Rice or Noodles Cooked

Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thinly slicing boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the sliced chicken, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss in the trimmed green beans and stir-fry for around 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated fresh ginger to the skillet during the last minute of cooking the green beans and stir continuously until fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the green beans. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour this sauce mixture over the chicken and green beans.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through. Serve spooned over rice or noodles.
