- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.

- Fold in pistachio cream, chopped pistachios, and chocolate chunks into the dough.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
