Step-by-Step Instructions for Peach Cobbler
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sliced fresh peaches with ½ cup of granulated sugar and brown sugar. Let macerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the saucepan over medium heat until the mixture boils. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes until peaches soften.
  4. In a baking dish, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in the oven.
