- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Wash 1 pound of fresh Brussels sprouts under cool running water, trim the ends, and cut each sprout in half lengthwise.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned Brussels sprouts and toss gently.
