Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate Paneer: Cut paneer into cubes, sprinkle salt and red chili powder, and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Prepare Gravy Base: Heat oil or ghee, add cumin seeds until they splutter, then sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add Aromatics: Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Tomatoes and Spices: Add tomatoes, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and additional spices; cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine Paneer and Gravy: Pour in water or stock, add marinated paneer, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Turn off heat, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
