Baking Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, salt, and orange juice until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift in flour and baking powder, folding until just combined. Add cranberries and orange zest, folding in.
- Shape the dough into a log on the baking sheet, about 4 inches wide and 12 inches long.
- Bake for 30 minutes, remove and cool for 5 minutes.
- Slice the log into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange cut-side down for second bake.
- Bake the slices for another 10 minutes, flip them, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled biscotti.
- Serve once the glaze has set, and enjoy!
