Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for about 10 seconds until just softened. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and mint extract for approximately 60 seconds until fluffy and well combined.
  2. Gradually pour in the heavy cream and whole milk, stirring gently as you go. Add a few drops of green food coloring, if desired, and continue mixing until the sugar has dissolved completely.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, secure the lid, and freeze for a full 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, take the pint out of the freezer, remove the lid, and attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle securely. Lock the lid onto the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the ICE CREAM setting on the Ninja Creami and start the machine, which takes about 2–3 minutes to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
  6. Create a hole in the center of the ice cream and sprinkle in the mini chocolate chips. Select the MIX-IN program to integrate the chocolate chips throughout the ice cream.
  7. Remove the ice cream from the pint using a scoop or spatula, serve immediately in waffle cones or bowls, and enjoy!
