Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Microwave the cream cheese for about 10 seconds to soften it and whisk with granulated sugar and mint extract until creamy.
  2. Gradually mix in the heavy cream and whole milk until fully combined, then add green food coloring if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for a full 24 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer, set up the Ninja Creami, and lock in the pint.
  5. Select the ICE CREAM setting on your Ninja Creami to churn for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Create a hole in the ice cream and add mini chocolate chips, using the MIX-IN program to mix them in evenly.
  7. Scoop and serve the ice cream immediately, optionally garnishing with mint or chocolate sauce.
