Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a cast iron skillet or ovenproof pan with butter or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the heavy cream. Whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses along with dollops of cream cheese into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the cheesy egg mixture into the greased skillet and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
