  • 1 tsp Backpulver ensure freshness
  • 1 tsp Zimt (Cinnamon) or nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Muskatnuss (Nutmeg) optional

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Wash, peel, and cube 1-2 medium apples.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the liquid coconut oil, brown erythrit, xylit, and eggs. Add the vanilla extract, yogurt, and applesauce; whisk until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the cubed apples.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
