Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs added one at a time
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract preferably pure
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour can substitute with gluten-free flour
Cinnamon Swirl
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon adjust to taste
Toppings (Optional)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar for dusting
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese Glaze blend with milk and sugar
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Nuts

Method
 

Cheesecake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and all-purpose flour.
Cinnamon Swirl Preparation
  1. Melt butter and mix it with brown sugar and ground cinnamon until a thick paste forms.
Assembly & Baking
  1. Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners and fill each about two-thirds full with cheesecake batter.
  2. Spiral in the cinnamon mixture into the batter to create a marbled effect.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly jiggly.
Cooling & Serving
  1. Cool cheesecakes at room temperature for 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Garnish with powdered sugar, cream cheese glaze, or crushed nuts before serving.
