- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked white rice, shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Stir in 1 cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon the mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes until edges bubble and the center is hot.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of French fried onions on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
