Marry Me Salmon Instructions
  1. Begin by drizzling the salmon filets with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the salmon filets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Then add lemon juice, cream cheese, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Stir in fresh parsley and basil, allowing to simmer for an additional minute.
  6. Return the seared salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Plate and garnish with more sauce and herbs.
