Marry Me Salmon Instructions
- Begin by drizzling the salmon filets with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the salmon filets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Then add lemon juice, cream cheese, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in fresh parsley and basil, allowing to simmer for an additional minute.
- Return the seared salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Plate and garnish with more sauce and herbs.
