For the Buns

For the Sweet Glaze

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, then form into six small patties.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lay the beef bacon strips in the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and brush maple syrup on top, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each slider bun. Layer with a chicken patty, beef bacon, lettuce, and red onion slices. Cap with the top bun.
  5. Serve warm with crunchy pickles and salt and vinegar chips.
