Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
  2. Add a dollop of vanilla yogurt to the center of the dry mixture in each jar. Gently fold it into the dry ingredients.
  3. In a blender, pour in the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, add the ripe mango chunks and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mango mixture into the jars over the layered ingredients and stir everything together until combined.
  5. Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. In the morning, top with additional mango slices, shredded coconut, and a drizzle of your favorite nut butter.
