- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers (if using), shredded coconut, melted butter, and condensed milk until a sticky batter forms.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly and pressing down gently.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the top is lightly golden and the edges pull away from the sides.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
- Transfer to the refrigerator for at least an hour to chill and firm up.
- Once chilled, slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with toasted coconut if desired.
