Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Peel and chop dragon fruit, blend until smooth, and set aside.
  3. After the chia pudding has set, stir in the dragon fruit puree until fully mixed.
  4. Peel and chop the mango, blend until smooth and set aside.
  5. Layer dragon fruit chia pudding and mango puree in serving cups, adding optional coconut yogurt if desired.
  6. Garnish with chopped mango before serving.
