Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture, beating until well combined, roughly 1-2 minutes.
  4. Mix in the vegetable oil and brown sugar until well-blended, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture; mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the Lucky Charms marshmallows and white chocolate chips, reserving some marshmallows for topping.
  7. Scoop out dough balls and place them on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set and centers look glossy.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
