  • 1 medium Avocados Pre-made guacamole can be used.
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Omit for non-olive version.
  • 2 stalks Green Onion Chives can be a quick substitute.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up and stir in taco seasoning until browned (5–7 minutes).
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the salsa con queso for about 5 minutes until creamy.
  4. Heat the refried beans in a separate pan until bubbling (4–5 minutes).
  5. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 5 minutes until warm.
  6. Layer the warm chips with the cooked ground beef, warm refried beans, and nacho cheese.
  7. Sprinkle fresh toppings: diced tomatoes, avocados, black olives, and green onions.
  8. Serve immediately with dips like salsa or guacamole.
