Step 1: Cold Brew Tea
- Combine 400ml of filtered water with 2-3 teaspoons of Sirocco vanilla black tea in a clean jar. Stir well, cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Step 2: Prepare Lemonade
- In a bowl, dissolve 15g of sugar in 200ml of warm water. Allow this mixture to cool and mix in 50g of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Step 3: Assemble Iced Tea
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in 150ml of the prepared lemonade first, then top with the cold brew vanilla black tea.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with lemon slices placed on the rim or floating on top. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
