Ingredients
  

For the Tea
  • 400 ml Filtered Water Use quality filtered water for the best flavor.
  • 2-3 teaspoons Sirocco Vanilla Black Tea Any high-quality black tea can be used as a substitute.
For the Lemonade
  • 15 g Sugar Honey or agave can be great alternatives.
  • 200 ml Warm Water To dissolve the sugar.
  • 50 g Fresh Lemon Juice Fresh is always preferred for flavor.
For Serving
  • Ice cubes Ice Cubes Essential for that refreshing chill.
  • Lemon Slices Optional, but delightful for garnish.

Method
 

Step 1: Cold Brew Tea
  1. Combine 400ml of filtered water with 2-3 teaspoons of Sirocco vanilla black tea in a clean jar. Stir well, cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Step 2: Prepare Lemonade
  1. In a bowl, dissolve 15g of sugar in 200ml of warm water. Allow this mixture to cool and mix in 50g of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Step 3: Assemble Iced Tea
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in 150ml of the prepared lemonade first, then top with the cold brew vanilla black tea.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
  1. Garnish with lemon slices placed on the rim or floating on top. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
