Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir until blended and smooth. Allow to cool slightly, then knead by hand until cohesive.
  2. Place the dough between parchment paper and roll it out to ¼-inch thick. Cut into rectangular-shaped pieces, ensuring an even number.
  3. Layer slices of ham and havarti cheese on half of the dough pieces, leaving ½ inch of space around edges. Top with another piece of dough, pressing down gently to seal edges tightly.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry assembled sandwiches in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve warm with mustard or mayo for dipping.
