  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Room temperature for a smoother batter.
  • 4 tbsp Butter (Salted) Use unsalted for less salt.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure vanilla is preferred.
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour Can be replaced with almond flour at a 1:3 ratio.
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder Ensure it's fresh.
For Serving
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup For drizzling over the sticks.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend eggs, cream cheese, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add coconut flour and baking powder, pulse until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and parchment-lined loaf pan, spread evenly, and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Let the baked loaf cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, slice the loaf into sticks, aiming for 24-36 pieces.
  7. In a skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium-low heat and fry the sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Serve warm with a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup.
