For the Salmon
  • 1 lb Salmon Fillet Use fresh or thawed for best flavor

For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted preferred for better control
  • 1/4 cup Honey Balancing the spice
  • 1/4 cup Candied Jalapeños Adds sweetness and heat
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeño Brine Infuses flavor into the glaze
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper For seasoning kick

Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-low heat (300°F). Clean grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Pat dry salmon fillet. Place skin-side down on a grilling sheet. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in honey, candied jalapeños, and jalapeño brine.
  4. Place the salmon over indirect heat and grill for about 10 minutes until opaque.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon. Close the lid and grill for another 5-8 minutes.
  6. Remove salmon, drizzle with remaining glaze, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
