Grilling Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-low heat (300°F). Clean grates to prevent sticking.
- Pat dry salmon fillet. Place skin-side down on a grilling sheet. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in honey, candied jalapeños, and jalapeño brine.
- Place the salmon over indirect heat and grill for about 10 minutes until opaque.
- Brush half of the glaze over the salmon. Close the lid and grill for another 5-8 minutes.
- Remove salmon, drizzle with remaining glaze, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
