  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Herb for aromatic essence
For Serving
  • 4 pieces Hoagie Rolls Perfect vessel for beef
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese Melts beautifully

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Base - Place sliced yellow onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Step 2: Brown the Beef - Heat olive oil and sear beef for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Step 3: Transfer to Slow Cooker - Place beef on onions, add broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Step 4: Season the Beef - Sprinkle seasoning blend over the beef for flavor.
  5. Step 5: Add the Vegetables - Add red bell pepper and pepperoncini to the slow cooker.
  6. Step 6: Slow Cook to Tenderness - Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  7. Step 7: Shred the Beef - Remove beef, shred it and return to the slow cooker for 20 minutes.
  8. Step 8: Toast the Rolls - Broil hoagie rolls for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
