Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings Fresh wings, cut into drumettes and wingettes
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter Melted
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt Can be swapped with kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley Fresh parsley may be substituted
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder Can replace with fresh garlic but adds moisture
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Can be omitted
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil Substitute with Italian seasoning if unavailable
  • 1 tsp Ground White/Black Pepper Choose based on preference
For the Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pre-grated is best

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F. Pat chicken wings dry and coat with melted salted butter.
  2. Mix sea salt, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and ground pepper in a bowl. Coat wings with the seasoning mix.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 40-50 minutes until crispy.
  4. For air frying, arrange wings in a single layer in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flip, then fry for another 7-9 minutes until cooked.
  5. Melt additional butter in a small saucepan with minced garlic, simmer until fragrant. Toss wings in garlic butter after cooking.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over wings while warm. Optionally return to oven or air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
  7. Plate the wings, top with chopped parsley, and serve with dipping sauces.
