- Whisk together 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of flour in a small bowl until smooth.
- Add 5 cups of corn kernels, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper to the skillet, along with the heavy cream and milk mixture. Stir to combine.
- Increase heat to medium-high and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and serve hot in a serving dish.
