  • 2-3 tablespoons More Milk Adjust for desired consistency

Equipment

  • loaf pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • hand mixer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 1.5QT loaf pan by greasing it.
  2. Combine white sugar, room temperature eggs, and melted unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl. Cream on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in 2% milk and Jell-O Pistachio Pudding mix until blended, then add baking powder and salt and mix on low until just combined.
  4. Fold in all-purpose flour gradually, mixing until there are no visible dry flour clumps.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, smoothing the top evenly. Leave space at the top for rising.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. It should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Once baked, let the bread cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice the bread into thick pieces once cooled. Optionally, add icing or chopped pistachios for garnish.
