Preparing Nacho Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Place your 14” pizza crust on a lightly greased baking stone or pan.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and sprinkle your taco seasoning over it. Stir over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly across the pizza crust, then drizzle the queso cheese sauce on top.
- Layer the seasoned ground beef on the sauce mixture, followed by the sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the crust is golden.
- Add shredded lettuce, crushed Doritos, and diced scallions as fresh toppings after removing from the oven.
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
