Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter with dried parsley and garlic powder. Whisk together egg and water for egg wash.
  3. Divide the gluten-free pizza dough into two equal parts and roll each into a rectangle about 10x16 inches.
  4. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over each rectangle, leaving about a 1-inch border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and layer the deli meats on each rectangle, keeping edges clear.
  6. Tightly roll the dough from the filled side towards the empty edge, sealing the edge.
  7. Repeat the process for the second piece of dough with remaining fillings.
  8. Place the rolled stromboli on the prepared cookie sheet, brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  9. Cut shallow diagonal slits across the top of each stromboli and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow the gluten-free stromboli to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce.
