Step-by-Step Instructions for Dubai Chocolate Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the egg, vanilla, milk, oil, and coffee. Mix until smooth, pour into the pan, and bake for 25 minutes.
