Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
- Lay out your flour tortillas on a clean surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood filling in the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides over and roll it up tightly.
- In a deep skillet, heat oil to about 350°F (175°C). Insert a small piece of tortilla to check if it sizzles.
- Carefully place the assembled tortilla bombs into the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried bombs from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve immediately while warm, pairing with salsa or avocado dip.

Notes
Use water on edges of tortillas to help seal tightly and prevent leaking during frying. Adjust spices to preference and customize with ingredients like imitation crab.
