Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. Warm the milk, bloom the yeast, and mix in the egg and butter.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and mix with the wet until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm area until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing pistachio butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Roll out dough, spread filling, and roll into a log; slice into 4 to 6 rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 23-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Make icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream.
  9. Ice rolls and top with chopped pistachios before serving warm.
