Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small jar, combine 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, 1 ½ tablespoons of coconut syrup, and ¼ teaspoon of ube extract. Secure the lid tightly and froth vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  2. Take a tall glass and fill it with ice to the top. Pour in ¾ cup of your choice of milk, followed by a drizzle of 1 ½ tablespoons of coconut syrup. Stir gently to meld the flavors.
  3. Brew 2 oz of espresso, keeping it hot, and slowly pour it over the back of a spoon into the glass filled with milk.
  4. Carefully dollop the prepared ube coconut cold foam on top of the drink.
