- Combine the rolled oats, unflavored protein powder, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs (or flax eggs), milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the hemp seeds and chocolate chips gently.
