Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine the rolled oats, unflavored protein powder, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs (or flax eggs), milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the hemp seeds and chocolate chips gently.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly across the surface.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving, optionally drizzled with maple syrup or topped with yogurt.
