- Prepare the pears by peeling, coring, and halving them. Set aside.
- Create the poaching liquid by combining hibiscus tea, orange juice, and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat, bringing it to a simmer.
- Poach the pears in the simmering liquid for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Once tender, remove pears and let cool. Optionally reduce the poaching liquid to a syrupy consistency.
- Serve the pears with reduced syrup, topped with dairy-free yoghurt and garnished with nuts and mint leaves.
