  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C), and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar using a hand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the eggs, salt, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  4. Add the milk, all-purpose flour, and baking powder to the mixture. Mix on low speed until a soft dough forms.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion the dough into approximately 32 equal balls and place on baking sheets.
