  3. Fold in Swiss cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped mushrooms until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a neat loaf.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar until smooth. Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
