Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear chicken for 7 to 9 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Pour prepared gravy into a small saucepan and warm over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook corn according to package instructions until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Warm mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Assemble bowls by placing mashed potatoes at the bottom, topping with corn, and arranging sliced chicken on top.
  7. Drizzle warm gravy over chicken and corn, then sprinkle with shredded cheese to melt.
