- Select a ripe watermelon; it should feel heavy with a uniform shape and smooth skin. Cut the watermelon in half and then slice each half into ½-inch thick rounds. Using a crinkle fry cutter or a sharp knife, create fry-like strips from the rounds, discarding the excess rind.
- In a blender, combine the vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and honey. Blend on low speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if desired.
- Arrange the freshly cut watermelon fries on a colorful platter and pour the creamy strawberry dip into a small bowl at the center or side of the platter. Serve immediately.
