Preparation Steps

  4. Preheat the grill to high heat around 400°F, ensuring grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Transfer grilled chicken to a pot, pour fresh teriyaki sauce over, cover, and steam on low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest, slice if desired, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
