Cooking Instructions
  1. In the Ninja Creami pint container, mix together Fairlife skim milk, unsweetened almond milk, salted caramel protein powder, vanilla Jello pudding mix, and sugar-free salted caramel syrup using a handheld frother until smooth.
  2. Place the pint in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. After 24 hours, run the pint under hot water for about 60 seconds to loosen the contents.
  4. Insert the chilled pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'lite Ice Cream' button; let it spin for about 90 seconds.
  5. If the texture is too powdery, use the 'respin' button for another minute.
  6. Check consistency; if not creamy enough, add a splash of milk and respin.
  7. Scoop the finished ice cream into bowls or cones, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
