- In the Ninja Creami pint container, mix together Fairlife skim milk, unsweetened almond milk, salted caramel protein powder, vanilla Jello pudding mix, and sugar-free salted caramel syrup using a handheld frother until smooth.
- Place the pint in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, run the pint under hot water for about 60 seconds to loosen the contents.
- Insert the chilled pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the 'lite Ice Cream' button; let it spin for about 90 seconds.
- If the texture is too powdery, use the 'respin' button for another minute.
- Check consistency; if not creamy enough, add a splash of milk and respin.
- Scoop the finished ice cream into bowls or cones, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
