Preparation Steps
- Preheat the grill to 475°F (246°C) with one side set to medium for indirect heat.
- Slice fresh peaches into wedges and toss with sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Create a foil wall by folding heavy-duty aluminum foil around the peach mixture.
- Mix rolled oats, baking flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl, then add dairy-free butter until crumbly.
- Loosely cover the mixture with another piece of foil.
- Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Remove the packet from the grill, allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
