Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  2. Layer phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the phyllo layers and top with one final phyllo layer brushed with butter.
  5. Score the top layer and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
