  • 1 cup Milk adjust for thickness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Poke holes in the sweet potato and bake for about 45 minutes until tender.
  2. Once cooled, peel the sweet potato and blend with 1 cup of milk and desired sugar until smooth.
  3. Heat the blended mixture in a pot over medium-high heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. For cheese foam, mix cream cheese, whipping cream, milk, and sugar until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour the sweet potato mixture into a mug, top with cheese foam, sprinkle cinnamon, and add nuts if desired.
  6. Serve warm or iced by adding ice cubes and skipping the heating step.
