  • 1 whole Whole Chicken ensure it’s fully thawed
For the Flavor
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 2 whole Lemons cut into halves
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt preferably sea or kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper freshly ground

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your roasting pan.
  2. Remove the thawed whole chicken from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Stuff two lemon halves and additional rosemary sprigs into the chicken's cavity.
  4. Place the chicken in the oven and reduce the temperature to 375°F (190°C). Roast for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
  6. Carve the chicken and serve as the centerpiece of your family dinner.
