Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Flatten each of the 16 biscuits into a round disk on a floured surface, about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  4. Take a tablespoon of the beef mixture and place it in the center of a flattened biscuit, top with an additional tablespoon of shredded cheddar, seal with another biscuit.
  5. Bake the assembled bombs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
