  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter or salted butter if adjusting salt
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic (minced) fresh garlic is recommended
  • to taste pinch Red Pepper Flakes adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) bottled juice can be used, but less fragrant
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped) can substitute with cilantro or basil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until melted and bubbling.
  2. Add the shelled shrimp in a single layer, sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, then season with salt and flip, cooking an additional 2 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stir quickly and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, stir in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice, mixing until the butter is melted and the sauce is glossy.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, enhancing the freshness and color.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy immediately with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
