Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Gather your ingredients and tools.
  2. Carefully cut down the back of each lobster shell, using kitchen scissors.
  3. Gently pull back the shell and lift the lobster meat on top.
  4. Combine paprika, Old Bay seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper and sprinkle over the lobster meat.
  5. Bake the lobster tails for 10 minutes or until meat turns opaque.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and spices.
  7. Brush lobsters with garlic butter mixture after baking.
  8. Broil for 3 minutes until edges are slightly charred.
  9. Drizzle remaining garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley and lemon.
