Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment or greasing it.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook for about 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic for the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Lay flour tortillas flat, spoon an even layer of the beef mixture, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides to secure them, then place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture for a crispy finish.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
