Preparation Steps
- Juice the lemons to extract about ½ cup of juice. Set aside.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen peaches, lemon juice, honey or syrup, ice cubes, and cold water.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and slushy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener or lemon juice and blend again briefly.
- Pour into pre-chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices, peach wedges, and mint leaves.
